Classes will launch in May 2019.
Always now, Power Training develops new material each year, so no need to worry about taking the same class twice. You will NOT be repeating the same class you took in 2018 or if you took your education from a different provider last year.
The Elective portion of class will be a review of Schedules 1-6 for the 2018 personal tax return.
The Ethics portion will cover Fair Lending and the status between HUD and Facebook and the allegations put forth last year in August.
The Non-Traditional category will cover changes VA's new county loan limits as a result of Fannie Mae increasing the conforming loan limit. We will also cover the tightening of guidelines in the FHA arena and the massive amount of new non-QM avenues a loan originator has access to.
The Federal Law We covered Homeowner ship Protection Act in 2017and FNMA has recently released changes to their seasoning rule and loan to value requirements when using current value. We will have reminder of the statute and see how FNMA and FHLMC relate to it.
