Keep in mind: Texas Laws and TREC Rules have NOT changed due to the NAR Settlement affecting its Members. Notable changes are the following:

• Compensation will not be listed in the MLS.
• Compensation Agreements between Brokers will be required on all transactions.
• Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreements will be required to show a property.

These changes do not affect all license holders, only NAR REALTOR® Members.
